ARELDİLMER Registration Process

Registration:

1.You may apply to our course either in person or online. Following your application, you will be informed via e-mail.

 

2.The application form provided by Istanbul Arel University must be completed in full.

 

3.In order to finalize registration, trainees must deposit the course fee into one of the bank accounts specified below, clearly stating their own full name (first name/surname) in the payment description.

 

4.Applicants entering Türkiye with a tourist visa must first obtain an Acceptance Letter from ARELDİLMER and then apply for a Turkish Study Visa in order to enroll in ARELDİLMER Turkish language courses.

 

5.The full course fee must be paid in order for the Acceptance Letter to be issued.

After obtaining the student visa and entering Türkiye, the following documents are required for registration:

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • The student must be present during the registration process. Registration or payment on behalf of another person is not permitted.
  • After completing registration, participants will take the Placement Test.
  • Information about the test location and time can be obtained from the Arel DİLMER website or the ARELDİLMER office.
  • Requests for freezing registration will be considered by the administration, provided that the trainee has a valid excuse and applies within an appropriate period.
  • Class change requests may be granted within the first week of the course, depending on class capacity and other relevant conditions.
  • No refunds will be issued for situations arising from freezing registration. In late start cases, a written agreement must be signed by the student.
  • A minimum attendance rate of 70% is mandatory. Trainees who exceed the permitted absence limit will be considered unsuccessful and will not be allowed to take the final exam.

 

LEARNING MATERIALS

Written and visual learning materials prepared by our academic staff will be provided and shared during the course.
